Overview
Brief Introduction
The difference between enameled tanks and Electrophoresis Tanks: enameled tanks are assembled with materials such as ceramic plate, special sealing materials and self-locking bolts, and the main component is assembled enameled steel plate with the lifespan up to 30 years. The inner and outer surfaces of the steel plate are sprayed with enamel. After baking, the plate is heated at the high temperature of 900 centigrade, which is formed with enamel coating of 0.3 mm thick with the property of enamel.
Features
Properties and Characteristics
It is widely used in biogas projects, sewage disposal projects, chemical industry, power engineering and other fields of dry type gas storage tanks, anaerobic tanks, aerobic pools, sewage disposal devices, granaries, cement storage tanks, workshops, garages, oil storage tanks, feed tanks, raw materials tank for brewing. Enameled steel plate can be used to produce drinking water containers, waste water containers, static filters, cooking devices, mixing pools, biological reactors, waste water settling tanks, processing tanks, precipitation tanks, and fermentation tanks and so on. All the auxiliary parts of the enameled tanks are processed in the factory, so the quality of them can be ensured, and the installation period is greatly improved.
