Assembling Tank is assembled with tailor-made steel plate, special sealing materials and self-locking bolts which can be used for sewage disposal, biogas projects, grain storage, sealing storage of liquids, solids and gas from petrochemical industry. In the methane projects, assembling tank is a container for the storage and fermentation for a variety of organisms (raw materials for fermentation, such as, animal dung, sewage and straw)

 

 

 

Electrophoresis Assembling Tank is made of materials like electrophoresis steel plates, special sealing materials and self-locking bolts. The lifespan is up to 30 years. Electrophoresis steel plates are ones that have antiseptic treatment like acid cleaning, phosphorylation and electrophoresis. Then they have powder injecting treatment, which makes the steel plates with two layers of antiseptic treatment completely. The binding force between the layer of electrophoresis and the steel plate is very strong. The protecting coating which formed by the electrophoresis layer can not only prevent the tank corrosion, but also have the function of strong acid resistance and alkali. Electrophoresis coating also has extremely strong abradability resistance.

Physical properties of the material in the electrophoresis layer of the assembled tank:

Coating color: dark green for the standard color, or according to the customers’ requirement

Acid and alkali resistance: PH3-11 is very suitable for standard coating.

Binding force： 3,450 N/cm

Flexibility: same as the coated steel plate, about 500 kN/mm

Hardness: 6.0 (Mohs scale)

Lifespan: more than 30 years
