Overview
Brief Introduction
Wet gas tank is one of the simplest and most common gas tank, which mainly consist of a vertical cylindrical tank, a or several cylindrical tower sections, bell cover and guiding device. Bell cover is a cylindrical container that has no bottom and can be moved up and down. The gas pipeline passes through the bottom plate of the water tank and the water in the water tank to enter the bell cover to realize the input or the discharge of the gas.
Features
Performance and Characteristics
The bell cover of a single layer can be changed into a multi-layer sleeve. Different parts are connected with water seal ring groove for the purpose of seal. W hen the gas is sent into the gas tank, air, bell cover rises, and the lower part of the hanging ring draw water from the tank; when the bell rises to a certain height, the lower hanging ring and the hanging ring of the first tower section is connected and the vertical plate of the second tower section is inserted into the water seal of the hanging ring of the bell cover with the second tower section raised. The rest of the tower sections are raised successively like this. W hen the gas is sent out, the process of the bell cover and the tower section works in a reverse order. The bell cover and the tower section rely on the guide rail and guide roller to ensure smooth lifting. Wet gas tank has the advantages of simple structure and easy construction. According to the types of guide rail, it has two categories, namely, the helicopter type and the spiral guide rail type.
